Tom Cunningham
Founder
Tom studied horticulture during 2014 -2016 before founding Cunningham Gardens in the summer of 2017 and oversees all enterprises within the company, providing strategic direction, development and diversification. Tom is a plantsman specialising in planting plans, bringing all aspects of a garden together, whilst tying it in with the surrounding landscape. Tom is passionate about delivering a personal, collaborative service to clients.

Sam Cunningham
Manager and Lead of Specialist Works
Sam holds vast industry experience and has been at the forefront of the business since establishing. Sam undertakes and over sees work in all aspects of the business, with an eye for problem solving and exceptional attention to detail.

Melanie Bourne
Office manager
Mel joined Cunningham Gardens in January 2022. As office manager Mel, oversees all client communication, administration, health and safety, HR and accounts.

Scott Goodchild
Head of Garden Maintenance
Scott oversees all garden maintenance and directs our maintenance team. Working closely with our clients throughout the year. His vast experience, attention to detail and horticultural knowledge allows him to deliver a complete bespoke garden maintenance service to our clients to the highest of standards.

Alfie Bourne
Head of Landscaping
Alfie oversees all hard and soft landscaping projects and installations. Alfie’s vast hands on industry experience and craftsmanship sees all projects undertaken from beginning through to fruition. Alfie works closely with clients to deliver their aspirations into reality, creating stunning outdoor spaces to distinction.
